Platts to discontinue curated heards tables in LNG Daily

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will discontinue the 'LNG bids, offers and trades table,' which contains a sample of reported information for Atlantic and Asia Pacific LNG markets, effective June 30, 2023.

The table can be found in Platts LNG products, including LNG Daily.

The volumes of market data collected in Atlantic and APAC LNG markets has grown significantly over recent years, as a result, continued publication of the table, which is an abridged version of the total data collected and published by Platts, is no longer an effective way to accurately reflect this information to subscribers.

The complete record of reported market data (including bids, offers and trades) published by Platts is available in our real time services; Platts LNG Alert, Platts Natural Gas Alert and Platts LNG services on Platts Dimensions Pro, by content type 'Heards'.
