Europe MOC assessment process extension

Effective May 15, Platts will extend the Market on Close assessment processes in Europe where a valid re-bid/re-offer is submitted no later than 20 seconds from the close of the MOC.

The extension will remain 3 minutes in duration and is designed to fully test market levels.
