SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Gulf Petrochem joins Asian fuel oil swaps MOC

Gulf Petrochem FZC has advised Platts it would like to take part in the Platts Market on Close assessment process for Asian fuel oil swaps.

Platts has completed an editorial review and will publish expressions of MOC participation interest reported by Gulf Petrochem FZC, subject to all MOC guidelines.

Platts considers bids, offers and transactions by all credible and creditworthy parties in its assessment processes. Platts welcomes all feedback.
