Platts starts publishing Malaysia's Bintulu, Dulang, Cendor crude OSP differentials from May 3, 2021

S&P Global Platts has started publishing the official selling price (OSP) differentials of Malaysia's Bintulu, Dulang and Cendor crude set by state-owned Petronas from May 3, 2021.

In addition, Platts has also started publishing the outright OSPs of Kimanis and Cendor crude as announced by the state-owned company.

Platts first announced plans to start publishing these OSPs in a subscriber note published March 15: http://plts.co/b4E930rGvez

These OSPs and OSP differentials are published alongside the existing Malaysian crude OSPs currently published on Platts Global Alert page 1062.

The additions made to the current crude postings reflect and consolidate the latest changes made by Petronas.

From February 2021, Petronas started issuing price differentials of its secondary crude oil grades against its main basket of crude oil grades, consisting of Labuan, Miri, Kikeh and Kimanis.

Platts has reflected the price differentials of these secondary grades Bintulu, Dulang and Cendor against Platts Dated Brent assessments, in line with the existing OSP differentials published for the main basket grades as well as Tapis crude.
