S&P Global Platts has discontinued the publication of a gasoil netback for Kirishi with effect from May 2, 2017. The change aims to bring the netbacks in line with prevailing practices in the market, and Russia's changing domestic diesel specifications.
Platts has stopped publishing the netback for Kirishi (Kirishi via Primorsk, Platts database code AAWJM00), which is based on Platts 0.1% ARA barge assessment.
Platts continues to publish its Kirishi via Primorsk ULSD netback (Platts database code AAWJV00), which has been amended to reflect Platts CIF NWE 10 ppm diesel assessments (AAVBG00).
The launch follows a proposal note sent on January 13, 2017.
