Platts amends Worldscale basket rate for Basrah-related dirty tanker routes from May 1
Following the recent Worldscale Association update to port fees for Iraq's Basrah port, Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has amended the Worldscale flat rate baskets used in $/mt calculations for 14 Basrah-related dirty tanker assessments, effective May 1, details of which are as follows:
