SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts updates flat rates for East of Suez tanker routes

Following a new tariff structure for tonnage dues at Ras Tanura, Juaymah and Ras Al Khafji, the Worldscale Association has decreased the flat rate for these ports and added a Saudi Arabia Fixed Rate Differential for these ports. This revision will be reflected by S&P Global Platts from May 2, 2017.

According to Worldscale circular no. 14/2017, the amendments are effective for all voyages on which loading is commenced on or after May 1, 2017.

This will affect the $/mt rates of the East of Suez tanker assessments listed in the table below.
