Hartree Partners UK Limited has advised Platts it would like to take part in the Platts Market On Close assessment process for European jet fuel barges physical MOCs.

Platts has completed an editorial review and will publish expressions of MOC participation interest reported by Hartree Partners UK Limited, subject to all MOC guidelines.
