World Fuel Services Europe to join fuel oil MOC

World Fuel Services Europe Ltd has advised Platts it intends to take part in the Platts Market on Close assessment process for fuel oil barges and cargoes in northwest Europe and the Mediterranean.

All expressions of interest to trade will be published as World Fuel Services Europe Ltd.
