Following a review of feedback from readers, Platts plans to revamp the look and content of Platts Crude Oil Marketwire. The revamped publication is expected to move into production on June 1, 2013. Through this revamp, Platts will add midpoints for all crude assessments for the first time in the newsletter, published alongside the assessment high/lows; display a single change value that corresponds to the new midpoint; highlight where the data in the newsletter can be found in corresponding Platts Global Alert and other Platts real-time information services; increase the frequency of update to some of the yields and netback and add new refinery margins. Platts will not change the names of any assessments or table headings with this revamp, although page numbers may change. A sample of the proposed new layout with sample data for this newsletter is available at the following link: http://plts.co/CrOM2. We would very much like to hear what you think of the new layout. Please contact us by May 24, 2013, at feedback@platts.com and oilgroup@platts.com.
