Subscriber note: Platts to discontinue FD NWE, FOB Rotterdam styrene CP assessments

Effective November 1, 2013, Platts proposes to discontinue its FD Northwest European and FOB Rotterdam contract price assessments for styrene barges in response to prevailing market conditions. Currently Platts assesses FD NWE, FOB Rotterdam and FOB Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp contract prices for styrene barges. Platts proposes to continue publishing assessments for FOB ARA styrene barge contract prices. These assessments are currently published in Petrochemical Alert on PCA376 and the Europe and Americas Petrochemical Scan.
