Platts to publish daily notional price indication for Alumina

S&P Global Platts will start publishing a daily notional price indication for Alumina from Monday, April 15, 2019.

The notional price indication will state where Platts sees value for the Alumina FOB Western Australia market at 3:30 pm Singapore time, and aims to bring further transparency to the Alumina assessment process and gives market participants a further means to communicate with Platts editors on daily price movements.

Platts will publish a notional price indication every day at 3:30 pm Singapore time and will make it available, via email, to anyone interested. Please email notionals_alumina@spglobal.com to be included in this distribution list, or to enquire about further information on alumina notionals.

Platts will consider all comments received and will make comments not marked as confidential available upon request.
