SUBSCRIBER NOTE: USAC supplemental 13.5 RVP assessments to cease April 11

As part of the seasonal RVP shift, Platts will no longer offer supplemental assessments for 13.5 RVP CBOB, RBOB and conventional gasoline starting April 11, 2016. Platts will continue to assess 9 RVP RBOB, CBOB and conventional gasoline through the summer as its main assessments. These supplemental assessments 13.5 RVP started March 28 and continued through April 8. This transition is consistent with a separate subscriber note published March 16, 2016.
