SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts amends the Worldscale flat rate basket for the WAF-UKC dirty tanker assessment

Please note that Platts amends the Worldscale flat rate basket that is used for $/mt calculations on the West Africa to UK Continent dirty Suezmax assessment, basis 130,000 mt, that is published under the code TDACR00. This assessment appears on the page PGA-MH1970. The basket value will be changed from $10.38/mt to $11.26/mt, effective April 5, 2017, and onwards.
