SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Plats changes the format for International Tanker Fixtures on the APAG Marketscan

Platts, effective April 4, has changed the format for the International Tanker Fixtures section that appears on the Asia-Pacific/Arab Gulf Marketscan PDF publication.

Fixtures will now be divided in Dirty and Clean sections and broken down to respective loading regions, like PG/East, Black Sea/Med, WAF, etc. The new format will also allow extra information for some of the fixtures, including freight rates for additional load/discharge options.

The format of PGA fixed pages MH2904 and MH2950 will remain unchanged.
