Platts amends dirty tanker basket flat rate for UKC-UKC, UKC-Med 80,000 mt assessments from April 3

Following a Worldscale Association update for the port of Sullom Voe, Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has amended the Worldscale flat rate basket used in the $/mt calculation for its UKC-to-UKC and UKC-to-Med 80 kt dirty tanker freight assessment, effective April 3, 2023.

Following this amendment, the new average flat rates for the UKC-UKC and UKC-Med 80 kt route are $9.33/mt and $17.95/mt.
