Platts updates Platts-ICE Gas Indices Americas locations, weightings for April-Oct 2025
Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has updated the Platts-ICE Gas Indices Americas (GIA) natural gas index locations and weightings for April-October 2025.
The locations, location weightings, and region weightings are as follows:

The updated weightings took effect on trade date March 31 for flow date April 1.
Platts amends these weightings twice per year, seasonally, based on trade volumes from the same season a year earlier.
