Platts clarifies incoterm for Polyester Yarn and Fibre China domestic assessments

S&P Global Platts would like to clarify that its weekly polyester yarn and fibre China domestic prices are assessed on ex-works basis, instead of ex-tank basis.

Platts first began assessing the polyester yarn and fibre China domestic markets in April 2019.

The affected assessments are published in Platts Petrochemical Alert page 625, in the Polymerscan and the Asian Petrochemicalscan under the price database codes below:
