SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Portland suboctane RVP to shift to 7.8 on or around April 23

Assessments by S&P Global Platts of Portland suboctane and premium suboctane will reflect 7.8 RVP on or around April 23, 2018.

These changes reflect seasonal adjustments to RVP levels as required by the Olympic Pipe Line system.
