Schedule for cutover to new futures exchange formats, as-of dates

The previously-announced changes to futures exchange price formats and as-of dates take effect today, March 26. Specifically:

* The values for Friday, March 23 are being reprocessed to reflect the changes. They will be databased between 4 and 5pm US Eastern time, and will be delivered via Platts Market Data (FTP) for the first time in the Early US cut at 6:45pm.

* From March 26 onward, values will reflect the decimal place and as-of date changes. They will be processed at the normal time, typically between 8 and 9 pm, and will be delivered initially in the Postclose cut at 10:15pm.

* As usual, values in the Postclose cut will also appear in all regular cuts the following weekday, through Final cut at 7:45pm.
