SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts proposes discontinuation of duplicate ICE gasoil futures prices

Platts proposes the discontination of the duplicate publication of the ICE low-sulfur gasoil futures settlement prices effective August 1, 2018.

These prices are currently published separately out of New York and London. Platts is issuing this proposal in order to end a duplicate publication of data. Under this proposal, only the London numbers will be affected. The New York numbers will continue to be published in line with current methodology.

The London prices are currently published in European Marketscan and on PGA page 702.

This proposal will affect the following codes:

Under this proposal, Platts will continue the publication of the ICE gasoil futures settlement prices out of New York and will replace the above codes with these in Platts Crude Oil Marketwire, Platts Oilgram Price report and on PGA page 704.

The midday expiration will no longer be published as a separate code, but will instead be noted as the expiration price in the daily publications.
