Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, proposes to discontinue two Brazil sulfur price assessments, effective July 1, 2025.

This proposal addresses the evolving dynamics of the fertilizer market and the reduced use of contract pricing as a basis for deals in Brazil.

These assessments are currently published in the weekly Sulfur Market Report and Platts Connect.
