Platts proposes to discontinue four Americas rice assessments from July 1

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, proposes to discontinue four rice assessments across its Americas coverage, effective July 1.

This proposal follows a period of sustained trading inactivity for the products and regions covered by the assessments concerned.

Platts proposes to discontinue the following assessments:

The last dates of publication of the weekly and daily assessments will be June 26 and June 30, respectively.
