S&P Global Commodity Insights launches four new European grain assessments

Following the closure of a number of Russian and Ukrainian Black Sea ports as a result of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, S&P Global Commodity Insights will provide additional transparency into the European grains markets through the launch of four new assessments.

S&P Global will launch the following four assessments, effective March 14, 2022:

EU wheat FOB CVB basis Constanta (12.5%) ACVBA00

EU wheat FOB CVB basis Constanta (11.5%) ACVBB00

EU milling wheat CPT France basis Rouen, 11.0% ACPTA00

EU corn FOB CVB basis Constanta ACVBC00

These assessments will be published from March 14, on Platts Agricultural Alert page 1440, and in Platts Daily Grains PDF from April 11, 2022.
