S&P Global Platts assessments for San Francisco CARBOB and premium CARBOB will reflect 5.99 RVP on or around Monday, March 4, 2019.

These changes reflect market feedback and seasonal adjustments to RVP levels as required by the Kinder Morgan pipeline system.
