SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts to launch new USD-MXN Peso forex assessment basis 1415 Houston time March 30, 2015

Effective March 30, 2015, Platts will launch a daily US Dollar-Mexican Peso currency assessment to complement its global sugar pricing coverage.

This follows a period of feedback which ended February 26.

The assessment would be made basis 1415 Houston time, and be used as part of calculations for third-party Zafranet data for sugar prices in Mexico.

The new assessment will also add to Platts existing portfolio of currency assessments published to support a range of Platts physical commodity assessments.

Details about the new symbol codes and page listings will be announced at a later date.
