Subscriber note: Platts USGC C12 distillates assessed against NYMEX Apr basis Feb 28

On February 28, 2013, Platts will assess all Colonial Pipeline C12 distillates assessments in the US Gulf Coast using the NYMEX April heating oil futures contract as a basis.
