SUBSCRIBER NOTE: USGC premium conventional shifts to 9 RVP Feb 26

Please note S&P Global Platts assessments for US Gulf Coast Premium Conventional (V grade) gasoline will reflect 9 RVP with effect from February 26, 2019, after the end of scheduling for Colonial Pipeline's 13th shipping cycle of the year.

The dates reflects the RVP transition calendar maintained by Colonial Pipeline and feedback from market participants.

Upcoming RVP changes for other US Gulf Coast gasoline assessments will be addressed in separate subscriber notes.
