SUBSCRIBER NOTE: USGC No 2 heating oil assessment to use NYMEX April ULSD Feb 27

On February 27 and March 3, Platts will assess the Colonial Pipeline C12 No. 2 heating oil (77-grade) in the US Gulf Coast using the NYMEX April ULSD futures contract as a basis. This basis will be reflected in C12 eWindow instruments as well. On February 26, C12 will be assessed against the NYMEX March ULSD futures contract, which expires before the February 27 Platts Market on Close assessment process ends at 3:15 pm EDT.
