SUBSCRIBER NOTE: San Francisco suboctanes to change RVP on or around Feb 19

Please note that S&P Global Platts' San Francisco suboctane and premium suboctane assessments will begin reflecting 13.5 RVP on or around February 19, 2019.

This change reflects market feedback and seasonal adjustments to RVP levels as required by the Kinder Morgan pipeline system.
