Platts to amend dirty tanker basket rates for Persian Gulf-Red Sea 80kt assessments from March 1

Following a Worldscale Association update for the Marine Terminal Assistance Fees at Jeddah port, Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will amend the Worldscale flat rate baskets used in the $/mt calculations for its Persian Gulf-Red Sea 80kt assessment, effective March 1, 2023.

Following this amendment, the new average basket rate for the following assessment will be $13.67/mt.
