When the Colonial Pipeline's 12th shipping cycle becomes prompt, Platts will stop assessing the 13.5 RVP T-grade (Atlanta CBOB) and begin assessing 11.5 RVP T-grade instead.
When the 13th shipping cycle becomes prompt, Platts will stop assessing the 13.5 RVP S-grade (Atlanta CBOB) and begin assessing 11.5 RVP S-grade instead.
The date for this change depends on the Colonial Pipeline shipping cycle but is expected to take place on or about February 26, 2012, for T-grade and on or about February 22, 2012, for S-grade.
These changes reflect a seasonal adjustment to RVP levels as required by the Colonial Pipeline system.
