USGC gasoline F and H grade shift to 11.5 RVP

When the Colonial Pipeline's 13th shipping cycle becomes prompt, Platts will stop assessing the 13.5 RVP H-grade (Premium RBOB) and begin assessing 11.5 RVP H-grade instead.

When the 14th shipping cycle becomes prompt, Platts will stop assessing the 13.5 RVP F-grade (regular RBOB) and begin assessing 11.5 RVP F-grade instead.

The date for this change depends on the Colonial Pipeline shipping cycle but is expected to take place on or about February 22, 2012, for H-grade and on or about February 27, 2012, for F-grade.

These changes reflect a seasonal adjustment to RVP levels as required by the Colonial Pipeline system.
