SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Platts to discontinue European monthly average of weekly methanol

Following consultation, S&P Global Platts has decided to discontinue the monthly average of its European methanol weekly calculation effective May 1, 2019, in order to align its global methanol coverage.

This price is currently databased under the symbol HPACQ03 and is published on page PCA447 of Platts Petrochemical Alert.

Platts will continue to publish a monthly average of its European methanol daily spot assessment.
