SUBSCRIBER NOTE: USGC RBOB, premium RBOB to shift to 11.5 RVP Feb 19

Please note that the Platts US Gulf Coast RBOB and premium RBOB assessments will reflect 11.5 RVP with the beginning of Colonial Pipeline's 12th shipping cycle on or about February 19.

This note about the change to 11.5 RVP supersedes a subscriber note on premium RBOB published published February 2. The change is necessary because of a recent revision in the Colonial Pipeline shipping schedule.

Later in the spring, RBOB and premium RBOB will shift to 7.8 RVP on dates to be determined by the Colonial schedule. Those dates have not yet been published, and an additional subscriber note will be published regarding the second transition.
