USGC S-grade (Atlanta CBOB) shifts to 11.5 RVP

When the Colonial Pipeline's 14th shipping cycle becomes prompt, Platts will stop assessing the 13.5 RVP S-grade (Atlanta CBOB) and assess 11.5 RVP S-grade instead.

This change reflects a seasonal adjustment to RVP levels as required by the Colonial Pipeline system.

The date for this change depends on the Colonial Pipeline shipping cycle, but is expected to take place on or about February 27, 2011.
