Platts to amend dirty tanker basket flat rates for Wilhelmshaven voyages Feb. 3

Following a Worldscale Association update to Wilhelmshaven voyages, Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will amend the Worldscale flat rate baskets used in $/mt calculations for two of its dirty tanker routes effective Feb. 3, as follows:
