SUBSCRIBER NOTE: Most USGC gasoline assessments to shift to 11.5 RVP Feb 26

Please note that the assessments for US Gulf Coast 87 unleaded conventional gasoline (M Grade), CBOB (A grade), RBOB (F grade), and Premium RBOB (H grade) will reflect 11.5 RVP on or about February 26, after the end of scheduling for Colonial Pipeline's 13th shipping cycle.

Premium Conventional grade ships every other cycle on Colonial and it will be assessed on cycle 15 when the rest of the Gulf Coast is assessed on cycle 14.

RVP changes for other USGC gasoline assessments will be addressed in separate subscriber notes.

These dates reflect the RVP transition calendar maintained by Colonial Pipeline and feedback from market participants.
