SUBSCRIBER NOTE: USGC Premium CBOB to shift to 11.5 RVP February 20

Please note the assessments by S&P Global Platts for US Gulf Coast Premium CBOB (D grade) will reflect 11.5 RVP on or about February 20, 2019, after the end of scheduling for Colonial Pipeline's 12th shipping cycle of the year.

The dates reflects the RVP transition calendar maintained by Colonial Pipeline and feedback from market participants.

The next RVP change for other US Gulf Coast gasoline assessments will be addressed in separate subscriber notes.
