SUBSCRIBER NOTE: USGC prem conventional gasoline to move to 11.5 RVP around Feb 14

Please note the assessment by S&P Global Platts for US Gulf Coast Premium Conventional Gasoline (V Grade) will reflect 11.5 RVP on or about February 14, 2019, after the end of scheduling for Colonial Pipeline's 11th shipping cycle.

Premium Conventional Grade ships every other cycle on Colonial and it will be assessed on shipping cycle 13 when the rest of the US Gulf Coast market is assessed on shipping cycle 12.

The date reflects the RVP transition calendar maintained by Colonial Pipeline and feedback from market sources.

Transitions for other grades to 11.5.5 RVP on other dates will be addressed in separate subscriber notes.
