Platts to amend Worldscale basket rate for Australia to North Asia dirty tanker route Feb 1, 2024

Following a Worldscale Association update to Australia's Dampier port, Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, will amend the Worldscale flat rate basket used in $/mt calculations for the Australia to North Asia 80kt dirty tanker assessment, effective Feb 1, 2024.

With this amendment, the new average flat rate for the Australia to North Asia voyage will be $14.52/mt.
