Platts is proposing to change the daily Australia to China alumina freight assessment's (code MMACH00) delivery port to Lianyungang in Jiangsu province, Northern China, from Qingdao in Shandong province, Northern China, as Lianyungang is currently China's largest alumina receiving port in terms of annualized tons. The proposed change will take effect April 1, 2014. All other methodology and specifications will remain unchanged. Please address any comments and feedback to pl_asia_metals@platts.com by February 14, with a cc to pricegroup@platts.com.
