Platts proposes to discontinue the publication of a gasoil netback for Kirishi with effect from May 2, 2017. The proposed change aims to bring the netbacks in line with prevailing practices in the market, and Russia's changing domestic diesel specifications.
Under this proposal, Platts would stop publishing the netback for Kirishi (Kirishi via Primorsk, Platts database code AAWJM00), which is based on Platts 0.1% ARA barge assessment.
Platts will continue to publish its Kirishi via Primorsk ULSD netback (Platts database code AAWJV00), which will be amended to reflect Platts CIF NWE 10 ppm diesel assessments.
