Platts updates USWC SAF and RD cost of production price operating costs

Platts, part of S&P Global Commodity Insights, has updated the fixed, capital and operating costs for the US West Coast sustainable aviation fuel and renewable diesel cost of production prices, Jan. 2.

As per the methodology, where Platts states that the fixed costs will be reviewed on at least an annual basis, Platts has adjusted the fixed, capital and operating costs, taking into account inflation reported by the US Bureau of Labor Statistics.

The daily prices impacted are:
