Platts updates prices for North America jet index years 2009-2008

Effective December 31, 2010, Platts has updated missing prices for the years 2009 and 2008 for the new jet North American index ONLY.

This affects the North America Index codes below on PGA page 536.

Platts will continue to backfill until this dataset is complete.
