Adjustments to USAC residual fuel symbols

In the past, the prices Platts provides on page PGA567 for US Atlantic Coast residual fuels have been composite values derived from prices posted by multiple suppliers. Due to market changes, each of these prices now represents a posting from a single supplier. Platts has therefore adjusted the descriptions of these symbols to reflect the change -- the affected symbols are listed below.

There are two other changes. First, since suppliers post only a single price, it will be delivered using a 'u' bate going forward, rather than the high-low (h and l bates) range previously provided. Second, incorrect or missing sulfur content, currency and unit of measure values for some symbols have been corrected.
