New fuel oil balance month paper symbols

The following codes have been created in dispatch categories PZ and UZ. They represent daily (1-15 of the month) balance month paper assessments and monthly averages for US Gulf Coast No .6 3.0% Fuel Oil and US Atlantic Coast No. 6 1.0% Fuel Oil.

The daily US Atlantic Coast assessment will be published on PGA page 44 and the daily US Gulf Coast assessment will be published on PGA page 50 and both will be published in Platts Oilgram Price Report.

The monthly averages will be published in Platts Price Average Supplement.

Launch date is scheduled for January 4, 2010.
