The following codes were created in dispatch category EB.

They represent daily assessments and monthly averages of ULSD Flexi in NW Europe.

Conversion to USD/BBl requires division by 7.46.

Assessments will be published in the European Marketscan, Oilgram Price Report and on PGA page 259.

Monthly averages will appear in Platts Price Average Supplement.

Launch date is scheduled for January 4, 2010.
