Platts updates prices for new Global jet index for year 2005-2004

Effective December 03, 2010, Platts has updated missing prices for the years 2005 and 2004 for the new jet GLOBAL index ONLY.

This affects the Global Index codes below on PGA page 536.

Platts will backfill years 2003 and 2002 next week.
