Platts updates prices for new jet index for year 2010

Effective November 24, 2010, Platts has updated missing prices for the years 2009 and 2008 for the new jet global index.

This affects the codes below on PGA page 536.

Platts will backfill years 2007 thru 2002 in the coming weeks.
